An apprenticeship is a work-based learning programme for young people aged between 16 and 24 years of age. It provides them with the first step towards a long-term career. Learning Materials
Improve are actively developing a suite of customised learning materials specifically designed to address key issues within the Food & Drink industry. We have also developed a unique training workshop on Cultural Diversity in the Workplace and an effective diagnostic tool for those manufacturers wishing to ascribe to the principles of Lean Manufacturing. Qualifications
Qualifications for the Food and Drink Sector cover a wide range of operations as well as food hygiene and food safety. Qualifications are available at levels one to three and can be delivered and assessed in the workplace (S/NVQs) or used to give the technical knowledge and understanding needed to do a job (VRQs).
